It is very slim-fitting, and customers need to watch the sizing. The vest is not modular, so users can't add more weight, and the maximum weight is 20lbs. The vest's elastic cords are extremely rough and could cause issues for some users. The heaviest option comes as a 10lb vest, and customers have to add the additional weight themselves. Additionally, for tall customers, the XL may look like a mid-drift, and there is no place to hang a phone or water bottle. However, the Hyperwear Hyper Vest ELITE Fully Adjustable Weight Vest's customer service is excellent. In one instance, when a customer's package was stolen, they immediately shipped a replacement to another, more secure address, free of charge. Overall, some reviewers have faced issues such as the product being unbalanced and causing injuries or grommets attached to the vest on both sides pop off.
