Unfortunately, customers can't buy a single plastic light diffuser. The frosted covers help diffuse the LED light dots to make the light less glaring. However, customers would like more opaque covers to diffuse the lights further. Cutting the aluminum channels and plastic covers should be done with care to make clean cuts. The clips may get brittle after time, so it would be easier for future removal and servicing if they were steel instead of plastic. The connectors are helpful for future removal and servicing, but cutting the plastic cover shorter than the rail is essential if you want the end-cap to fit the plastic cover. Customers also noticed a shadow along the wall because of the lip of the cabinets. If you cut the strips short enough, it can diffuse the light evenly.
