It has no switches or settings, just plug it in, and a single indicator light tells you if the unit is charging, desulfating, or idle. However, it will not charge a seriously discharged battery. The charger comes with 18" long clip leads and plus 54" to the charger, but some customers advised that it needs a longer cord. According to the Q&A, it is more likely made in China, and it can maintain the batteries at around 13.5 volts. The charger may have a desulfator function, but it is hard to tell what it actually does as it only has one light on it that changes from red to green.
