Arko Men Face Shaving Soap Stick provides a great lathering performance without the need for a shaving brush. It is not likely to melt even when left in a hot car. The soap is known for its effectiveness in hard water and can be used with any brush. It may be a bit difficult to fit the sticks in an old Tabac push up container. The soap cannot be melted and fragrance added. It can be used with both regular 4 or 5 blade razors and older style razors. Arko Shaving Soap Stick is not vegan as it contains tallow. The size of the stick is approximately an inch in diameter and 2.5 inches tall. Arko is slightly better than Derby in terms of performance and lathering, but has a stronger scent. The soap lasts a long time and offers good protection against razor burn and cuts. Some customers find the smell to be tolerable, while others compare it to a urinal puck. Overall, Arko is highly recommended for its effectiveness, longevity, and price.
