The customer service approved a return only if the product fails to meet the product description, is defective and returns in the original packaging. The mannequin is lightweight, therefore, not suitable for heavy outfits that can make it move or lean. It is made of a form-like substance, and it is manufactured in China. The measurements of the torso are unadjustable but work fine, especially for photographing clothes.
