However, a 20-year-old with body and scalp eczema found the shampoo to be thick, creamy, and scent-free, with a light-medium foamy lather that left their scalp flake-free and moisturized. They also commented that the shampoo did not leave their ends tangled. They recommended the shampoo for anyone with a similar situation as theirs, and also suggested using MCT oil with only C8 to soften any flaking if necessary. On the other hand, another customer found the pump to be annoying and recommended that the company use a normal cap instead. A third customer was extremely satisfied with the shampoo, stating that it did not irritate their child's eczema and did not dry out their skin.
