The magnets that keep the bank in place are weak and often fail, causing the island to detach from the side of the tank. Some customers have tried to replace the magnets with stronger ones, but this does not seem to fix the issue. Additionally, the slope is not enough for turtles to easily climb onto the platform. Overall, while the product may seem like a good idea, it appears to not have been executed well. A number of customers have said that they will be returning the product in disappointment.
