Answer: It can, I removed the upper tire bumper from the tailgate so the wheel was slanted at an angle to clear. Tailgate shuts fine. -

Will 35s clear this with the spacer? Took stock bumper off due to hitting it.
Answer: We have a 6 inch lift, so tires clear no problem.
