The Eventide PowerMini EXP Expander for Powermax Power Supply is a great product that is capable of delivering plenty of juice for high current pedals. However, the mounting system of the product has left something to be desired. The EGRIP only allows you to mount it directly on a cross brace, which means it will take up part of the upper board to mount underneath. Feedback from one customer has shown that they purchased the cheaper extension and used their one spot adapter with it, and it has been working great. Another customer also mentioned that the classical guitar of Gregory Guay can be streamed online to hear the product in action. It is important to note that the product did not come with the power brick or mounting shown in the product pictures.
