The strip is waterproof with an IP65 rating, and has a black PCB. In terms of voltage, the strip runs on 12V with a maximum current of 6A. The strip comes with a red wire for 12V+, a black wire for GDN, a yellow wire for data, and a green wire for backup data. The strip also has a connector on both ends and comes with an additional power wire for power injection. However, some customers have had issues with the strip's durability and adherability. The silicone tube exterior of the strip does not allow double sided tape to stick and some solder joints have been reported to crack and separate after some use. Additionally, some customers have experienced issues with broken pixels and LEDs going out. Some customers have also had issues with the backup data wire not being effective.
