The OVIS suitcase is a robotic luggage carrier that allows the user to control it with a wristband. The suitcase comes with hidden pockets for charging wires and its wheels are able to move circumferentially. While this may seem impressive, it is worth noting that several customers have voiced their disappointment with the product. Several customers have complained of the uncanny resemblance to a traditional carry-on bag, pointed out the fact that there are no instructions supplied in English, making the suitcase's use difficult to figure out, and it has made it hard for them to operate it as a robot, making it an expensive carry-on bag. Despite its holographic imagery and futuristic outlook, the suitcase's quality has raised serious concerns with customers who have purchased it. There are several complaints about its delicate telescopic handle that cracks easily, rendering the suitcase essentially useless, and that there is no warranty for it. Additionally, while it may work great in spacious environments, users found that it struggled in crowded environments. There have also been issues with the wristband, which did not work in some cases. Overall, while the OVIS suitcase may be a great concept, there is still some work to be done in perfecting it to make it a useful and long-lasting product. In its current state, saving $900 (its original retail price) by purchasing the suitcase may not be worth it.
