It cannot, however, be used as an insecticide. MarkNature Chitosan has a variety of applications in garden and agricultural settings, including seedling or root treatment, soil fertilization, and foliar spray. Dosages may vary depending on the method being used, but generally range from 2-10g per 3000 square feet. The recommended dosage for diluting into water is 5-20 grams per gallon, and is adjustable based on specific needs.
