    Answer: It depends on the size of the handle. The edges are only 5/8” thick. The bigger problem is - the ‘base’ of the tray would be too thin and not strong enough to support/carry much weight.
  • Question: Would these hold epoxy resin artwork if poured directly into it, or would it leak out?

    Answer: It would be hit or miss. Some are closely nailed and some are not. You could probably seal before your pour though.

The Wood Canvas Panel Boards for Painting are nicely made and are paintable or stainable, making them perfect for creating a great piece of art. They are lightweight enough to hang on the wall with pushpins and are great for mounting artwork. The boards are a great value for the quantity, although one board had a slight crack, which did not interfere with its purpose. The Construction is well-made, but the surface is thin, so care is needed when handling them. Some customers have used these panels to keep costs down on their wholesale line of art prints, and the finished product turns out perfect. However, some customers have found these panels to be too small for 8x10 pictures and too big for 5x7, making them worthless unless you have specific dimensions that match. Additionally, there have been complaints about defects in the boards, such as rough sections, visible lines, rounded corners, and one board not being flush with the frame.
