This mini momentary switch pack includes six switches that are suitable for 12V DC use, which makes them great for automobile as well as model railroad switch panel applications. However, it is advisable to check the switches before soldering them as two switches were faulty for one customer. There have been some reports of the switches melting during soldering, but the use of spade clip connectors and insulators can be a workaround. The switches include an anti-rotation washer that keys into the slot on the switch and notches into a second hole in a particular direction of switch travel. The switches are DPDT center off, making them center off - momentary 'up' and momentary 'down.' Inverting the switch requires cross-connecting the power pins.
