This table vise can be used to hold gems in place for jewelry making and to sharpen small tools. It has a throat capacity which would fit dewalt workbench. The product is made in China and weighs 2.5 lbs. The clamping mechanism is not very good and the vise is not very durable. A few users also found that the pads that cover the clamps and vise are garbage and barely stay in place, and it is hard to tighten and loosen the vise. However, for the price, it is good for small DIY jobs and small repairs at home. Some people would recommend it for the price, but some others found the clamp should be deeper. The rubber feet are removable and might fall off but this is only a minor inconvenience.
