Is the 155 liter bag checkable as over size luggage for airline travel?
Answer: Yes it is. Depending on your airline (and check in personnel) it may or may not be oversize. For most it will be. We suggest taking off backpack straps and putting in hand luggage if you want to use as backpack in airport. There’s an instructional video on you tube which covers this 🙂 -

Can this bag carry (and durable) for two pairs of ski boots and some bulky ski ware for air travel?
Answer: While the rubberized canvas is quite robust, my experience with ski boots is that the buckles and sharp edges of the boots would potentially wear on the bag. Wrap the boots in some sort of padding, maybe some pillow case or get a dedicated boot bag that might be padded. As a regular use boot bag, I’d probably get something else, but it would sure do for occasional use, especially if you packed with care to protect the boots from getting tossed around. -
