Nordic Ware Angel Food 50922RD Editorial Review
The Nordic Ware Angel Food Cake Pan is a 16-cup navy blue pan with a non-stick coating. The top of the pan measures 10 inches across and the bottom measures 8 inches across. The height of the cone and the mold are the same. The diameter of the hole in the middle is 1 1/2 inches. It is not recommended to put this pan in a dishwasher as it may shorten the life of the coating. It can be used to bake in a water bath and to pour hot caramel on as well. Some customers have reported issues with the non-stick coating peeling off, but others have mentioned that they have not had any issues if they use a crisco & flour prep instead of PAM spray. Overall, it seems to be a great pan for making old fashioned pound cakes and has been loved by bakers.
