The set does not come with swap-able stretching parts for Luffy or Kakashi's sword to put into his mouth. The Akatsuki robe on Itachi's arms cannot be taken off completely, but it comes with three pairs of hand with different styles to switch out. The upcoming characters from Bleach, Saint Seiya, and Naruto have not been announced yet. Overall, this action figure is cute, high value, and a favorite of many children.
