Its interchangeable lid does not allow placement of a straw. The cup is recommended for 6 months old babies, but it is not suitable for children older than a year since they tend to suck the spout harder, fold it and cause leaks. Customers complain about the nipple being too difficult to position correctly, being unable to access the milk, being too easily chewed through, and coming out too easily when pulled. The cups also leak easily and the venting design needs improvement.
