The formula provides 26 essential vitamins and minerals including B-vitamins that help support normal energy metabolism along with antioxidant nutrients such as beta-carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E to support immune system health. Geritol also provides a good source of vitamin D and contains twelve essential vitamins and minerals at or above 100 percent of the recommended daily value according to the supplement facts. Adults and children 12 years and older take one tablet daily immediately before, during, or after a meal of their choice. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. If accidental overdose occurs call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
