The Rack-Strap 2 Pack comes with all the necessary hardware for installation and works well with ladder racks made of square/rectangular tubing. It has a zinc-yellow hardware and an 8-foot black polyester strap with a J hook. According to the FAQs, the tie-downs are weldable and variations of this product are available in black. In terms of compatibility with various ladder racks, the Rack-Strap can be mounted to the aluminum cross-members of Access Adarac 70510 and the perimeter tubing of full racks.
