The Sangyn 1960's Classic Old Style Rotary Dial Telephone is a vintage telephone designed to look and function like the classic rotary dial phones from the past. It has a real metal bell ringer and does not require an external power supply. The phone supports modern phone connections and operates smoothly with an OBi phone. It has a durable build quality, and surviving a knock off the desk. The volume switch adjusts the ringer only but an amplifier is needed for the sound. The cord on the handset cannot be replaced. It is an analog phone and can coexist with a modem or DSL connection if a DSL filter has been installed. Regarding the reviews, some customers seem to have had a negative experience citing items such as dial not working, glitchy rotary dial with numbers not registering, and difficulty in dialing, but most customers have positive experience with many expressing nostalgic memories and praises on the visual aesthetics and functionality.
