    Answer: I have the exact problem with mine after installing . Did you get a replacement? I have had a very poor response from this company.

    Answer: We had a plumber install ours and it replaced the existing one without any problems. It looks a standard width. Hope that help
  • Question: Can you connect a diffrent shower hose to the unit. Is it the standard fitting?

    Answer: As far as I know it is standard.

    Answer: I would think so I changed from single hot and cold taps and my bath is a few years old and it worked and it was easy to fit.

  • Question: The tap is not plumbed in yet, but I’m assuming I should still be able to lock the shower selector knob into the up-position? I’ve tried turning it.

    Answer: Moment you the open taps and want shower'all you do is pull it up and it stays in that position. Only when you turn taps off it pops down. If it doesn’t do this then it must be faulty but you can’t keep it up before you place taps on they must be on already for it to work.
  • Question: what is the measurement between the tap centres ?

    Answer: Not too sure but should fit 99% of baths as they use a standard measurement when producing baths,it fitted on mine no problem.
