Have I made this right? It’s really strong!
Answer: If it's too strong, add more hot water. I find one sachet is a bit strong in a teacup, about right in a smallish mug, a bit too weak in a large mug. Easiest to use a larger mug then dilute to taste -

What’s the difference between the ginger drink and the ginger tea drink?
Answer: The tea bag is steeped in the hot water and the drink is made of granules that are dissolved in water like instant coffee granules. I would say that the tea is a more subtle flavour and flavour is released more slowly. Where as the drink flavouring is instant and stronger and this spicier. It just comes down to personal preference & to see which one you prefer. A bit like black coffee v white, one being creamer and the other stronger (though not in the case of ginger - you don't add milk to either ginger versions (well it's not something I've ever done)! I may stand corrected! Personally I love the granules best. If you really like the spicy, spice flavour of ginger, then the granules won't disappoint! -

Answer: The packet states: ginger (60%) glucose, cane sugar, honey & fructo -

What are the ingredients, does it have any Licorice root and is it caffeine free, does it have lemon or honey added
Answer: It contains ginger, honey, glucose, sucrose and fructose. It's quite strong flavoured and quite high in sugars. I like to use half a sachet per cup, rather than full strength, otherwise it's too sweet.
